At the closing, we are now friends with a few inside jokes, exchanging mutual gratitude and congratulatory gestures as our journey together comes to an end, marking the beginning of an entirely new chapter for them and their family. Weeks later I am receiving text messages with photos of their new home, sometimes with their feet up by the pool, inviting me to pay a visit; and in that moment, I know I've went above and beyond to not only sell a property, but also make a lasting impact on someone's life. There is truly no better feeling.
