Eric Boorum

Look no further than Eric Boorum! Eric is the hardest working and most dedicated realtor we’ve ever met. We clicked with him immediately as he is super warm and friendly. He was so prepared and armed with a ton of information at our very first meeting and we knew we could trust him to help us get the best price for our house. Eric is confident and knowledgeable but not pushy at all. His attention to detail, consistent follow-ups and patience was very impressive. A lot of variables and problems came into play which were out of our control, but Eric remained positive, and did a lot of hand holding and skilled negotiating to help us cross the finish li...

Eric is one of the hardest-working people I know! We recently hired him to both sell and buy a house and I can honestly say I couldn't imagine getting through it without him! He actually cares which is a rare find nowadays! He was well worth every penny of commission he made!

Eric was my realtor for not only the purchase but also the sale of my home. Without Eric’s expertise of the real estate market I would not have been able to get into my first home in my preferred town, within my price range, or in the timing I did. He was able to navigate through any obstacle thrown our way and he did it with ease. In such a stressful time and environment he always kept his (and my lol) cool, which showed his poise and confidence in his abilities. On the sale side, the same goes. He was in control the whole time and knew exactly how to price, showcase and provoke the proper clientele to not only get the sale but to get the most for ...

Eric is amazing. This process which is normally stressful was so smooth and easy I am still in shock. We got 27K over asking and it was obvious from the introduction this team knows what they are doing. Thank you Eric.

Eric is the epitome of professional, dedicated, and laser-focused, and also happens to be a pleasure to work with! He was essential in the sale of my dad's home by bringing the right buyer within a few days of listing it for sale and kept me updated every step of the way. I would certainly list with him again and highly recommend him to all!

Eric helped me to sell my house this past spring. This was my first time selling a house, so there were nerves going into it as with anything new. Eric made the process not only painless and easy, but actually fun and exciting. He was knowledgeable about the market and about how to approach the listing, honest, and realistic. I knew exactly what was happening each step of the way. He was always, and I mean always available by phone/text. I never felt left hanging or the last to know something. Although Eric was the listing agent, he took on so much more than just that title, including being my therapist, comic relief, and most importantly, my friend...

Eric proved his value by sticking with a difficult transaction that included a price adjustment and closing delay due to a 40yr old permit that hadn’t been closed out by a previous owner. He put in the time and the work to help us find the right buyer.

We sold our house with Eric and we couldn’t be happier! He made the process so easy and got us a price we never imagined was possible. Thank you so much Eric!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric on a real estate transaction. Eric was the listing agent and was so helpful throughout the transaction. Eric followed up throughout the transaction and always had the willingness to jump in and get the job done . I was so impressed with his ability to help and overcome obstacles that arose I couldn’t have had a better experience with his team “great job” thank you.

If you're in search of a trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor, look no further than Eric. From the get-go, it was evident that he goes above and beyond for his clients. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect home has made my entire process an absolute breeze. Trust is paramount in real estate, and with Eric, it was never a concern. His transparency and reliability ensured my experience was smooth and stress-free. He's not just an agent, he's a partner dedicated to finding you the perfect home!

Eric is, without question, the hardest working and most talented real estate agent I've ever met. When I began working with him I wasn't sure what I was looking for and I wasn't very familiar with the area. Eric drove me around for ages. After a lot of showings and conversations, we found my dream home and he helped me put in a winning bid over multiple competing offers. I recommend Eric to anyone I know looking for a new home.

I have dealt with many real estate agents in the past and Eric is by far and away the best. He exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to help us buy our dream house. Eric is honest and caring and I would recommend him without reservations.

We were so lucky to have been introduced to Eric while looking for a house in Mastic Beach. His insight into the neighborhood and community is priceless. I’d recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent to reach out to him for the inside scoop and to get the jump on homes before they hit the market. It really pays to work with someone that is a part of the community they work in! Thank you Eric!

Eric was beyond professional and courteous. Always got back to me in a timely manner and highly educated on the local markets. Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

Working with Eric was a real pleasure. He was nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us find our forever home by listening to our needs. We are so grateful to Eric and his team of experts! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
